Animation and Computer Generated Imagery

Ron Finley’s specialty is marrying live objects with illustrated environments, either as an animated piece or a still photo composition. These environments can be cartoon-ish or photo-realistic, depending on the needs of the piece. Many times, they end up being both, as still logos and “flying logos” from the same elements. As we now shoot all the “keyed” or composited pieces in hi-def video, the compositing is very seamless. Here are three simple examples of CGI animated logos
